But this episode of the show is going to be on the game in Utah, which was was I think a great game this was a good game

this was a chippy one um you know if you step back and remove yourself from this you know the highs

and lows which I know everybody gets caught up in them or wind feels great and you walk away from a

win and you're on cloud nine and a loss feel so tough you You know, Denver fortunately now sitting at 31 and 15, they're far enough along that I don't

think you have to sweat every single game.

This season is a process.

It's a journey.

And this was a step in the journey.

And there are lessons to be learned and takeaways to be had.

And that's what we'll talk about on this show.

But, you know, this was, there was a lot of negatives.

There's a lot of concerning stuff in here.

But it's also an opportunity for Denver to grow and to get a little bit better.
