I want to talk about

I want to talk about leadership for a second and not just because we seem to be led by

fools all over the place.

The Republican debates a few blocks from here while Donald Trump was in Hialia,

mispronouncing a lot of Latin names. But the reason I want to talk about leadership

is because as a leader, as someone who's attempting to lead here and uncomfortable with it,

I have a lot of blind spots, I can lack self-awareness. So I don't know how you guys, and I haven't

asked you this privately, I don't know how you guys and I haven't asked you this privately I don't know how you

guys would actually describe me to someone else as someone who is in charge of

this so the answer to that is what uncomfortable those of this may be that we haven't had the conversation privately and now I put it in front of everybody publicly
