So we're going to jump right into it, and these are some of our favorite chefs from the

last two seasons.

And the first one that really stands out, it's Tara Grunenberg.

Yes, she was an incredible guest, wasn't she?

She was.

She was on her Chicago episode, and she is the owner's chef of Monteverdi Restaurant and

Pastaficio in Chicago's West Loop.

And she opened a restaurant in November of 2015, and what do you remember about Sarah that

stands out?

I remember how she went back to Italy to learn how to cook Italian and then bring it back.

And so she spent, I can't remember, was it six months, eight months, and they're learning

from the top pasta makers in Italy, and then bringing all those talents back to the
