Prior to that, he was a mayor of a Tennessee town.

And today, Mr. Burchett, you're getting a whole lot of popularity for your car heart

wearing dad gum dropping unfiltered sort of straight talking

Tennessee swagger and by the way we have a four dad gum minimum on this program you're gonna have

I'm trying to hold you to that okay throw that in we we got a lot of stuff that we want to ask you about.

And I'm sure you've got stuff that you want to talk about.

One of the things that we see from you on social media a lot is your frustration, which we get of just the bureaucracy and the red tape and the inefficiency of government, which makes us want to ask you, because

you're so close to it, the things that Doge uncovered and is trying to get fixed, like, do we

as regular plebs have any hope of feeling some improvement? I think we do, but the problem

you got is, is that every time we find a way to

save it, somebody finds a way to spend it. I remember when I was in the state legislature in

Tennessee, sat next to a Democrat buddy of mine. And I had a bill and saved $5 million. That was huge.

And I remember, he says, man, it's a great bill.

And he said, this really, and it really was a savings of $5 million.

And he goes, I know just where I want to spend that.

Oh, my gosh.

You know, and that's government.

That's both parties.

You know, we're talking about saving billions of dollars.
