Summary

Grace and faith are both essential ingredients in our walk with the Lord. However, emphasize either to the exclusion of the other and the imbalance will make it difficult to receive from God. This lack of understanding has led to much confusion, frustration, and disappointment in the Body of Christ.

0:48.5	People have taken a truth that God moves independent of us, not based on our performance, and they have developed
0:56.3	out of this a teaching that is commonly called the sovereignty of God, that God just moves

1:02.4	And what they'll say by that is that you have nothing to do with it.
1:05.4	Basically what they're doing is over emphasizing grace, saying it's just totally up to God.
1:11.8	You have nothing to do with it.
1:13.1	God is sovereign.
1:14.4	If it's his will, you'll be healed, and if it's not, you'll die.
1:17.4	It's just totally up to God.
1:19.4	Some people have taken this to an extreme.
1:21.5	There are entire denominations that teach that certain people are predestined to salvation
1:26.6	and others are predestined to damnation
