The good thing about self-health and personal development is that sometimes you know people read all this stuff that something finally clicks

I mean there's some things I've read before but you know suddenly I read something James Clear of all people

or the peace wants about you know fl, flossing. I used to floss my teeth, I always got

lectured when I went to my dental appointment. The hygienist would say,

John, John, you know, you didn't floss again. Yeah, I know, I'm busy, you know, it's no excuse. Well, then James'm busy you know it's no excuse well then James

Clear you know in his excellent articles on productivity and and and routines and

habit loops and all that and he talked about you just just have the floss right there next to your

toothbrush and just flossed two teeth you just just one in the front one next to

it tonight that's it that takes a sec and then tomorrow night maybe three you know well I

actually I started doing that from that article he wrote and next thing you know I've lost my teeth regularly my dad is now

Sings of John your teeth are amazing so so you you do glean things from from good writing and good self-help and but at the end of the day though you know it everyone's got to find their own path it's going to be different for everybody everyone's path is different are different. You know, a single mother who's trying

to make it with her kid and working two jobs, don't talk to her about, you know, living an artful

life. She's going to say, you kidding me? You know, I'm just trying to survive right here and tread water.

But yet there are opportunities even for her to have an artful life.

Maybe she can't do everything she wants to do right now and maybe finally take that

dance class she's always dreamed of doing.

But you know what? She can dance with her kid at night to the music. She can enjoy that cup of coffee in the morning

and listen to the music that inspires her. She can carve time out on the vacation to maybe take that workshop on dance.

She knows that kid of hers that she loves dearly.

She's sacrificing for right now at the season of her life.

But in another year or two, when the kid is older and going to

to school, she's going to have maybe a little more free time to put into her
