The current state of the real estate market has investors panicking. Here's what's going right

0:09.1

and wrong and what you can do about it. Yeah, there's a lot of clickbait out there, guys. So

0:13.4

this weekend, we were talking about this, like, what's going right? What's going wrong? You know,

0:18.6

because there's not a lot we're going to do about it. We just need to be able to figure out how to adjust, right?

0:23.5

Yeah, I mean, it's an interesting time with the market.

0:26.8

You know, a lot of, you know, you either have investors right now that are killing it or you

0:30.3

have investors right now that are struggling and there's a lot of anxiety, I think, of what's

0:35.3

going to happen. We talked about the election last week and kind of, you know, Trump's policies versus Kamala's policies. And I was reading a Yahoo article this weekend that a lot of people are waiting to buy till after the election because there's so much anxiety about what's happening.

1:14.3

let's chat about what's going in the right direction.

1:17.6

1:24.9

Powell has said that obviously he's told everybody that we're going to have some

1:29.5

rate decreases, excuse me, on September 18th on the next Fed meeting. Now, if you dig in a little

1:36.8

1:45.9

I'm starting to tinker a little with half a point, though.

1:47.8

Like before it was, it's probably going to be a quarter point, probably not going to be half a point.

1:52.1

And now I'm seeing more and more that, you know, I always think, you know, weirdly enough that the media is, you know, coercing with the Fed and the government. And there was an article today, I believe it was on Yahoo, that said, why if there's a
