called the umari conditions a shrut al umariya the umariya conditions a shr al-Umarriya. The u-marri conditions, a shrewd al-O-Mariya. And in our times, these conditions are used by the Islamophopes to smear Islam, because they are obviously not progressive conditions.

They are not conditions that talk about freedom of religion quite the opposite.

There are conditions that have different rulings for different religions.
