When it gets like anything sort of above 28 you feel every single degree of that temperature like it absolutely big

So we were talking before like I lived in Australia for six months. Sorry to bore people with that but when it was like 30

odd 40s it never felt as hot as it's here it's painful when it's warm here.

Luckily we haven't got bright lights and stuff. Oh no we have that we absolutely have but it's

absolutely fine we are

cracking on him black shirt so you don't see the sweaty armpits we've got me and

done I've got yours covered every step off the way we are going to be

speaking in this show about Taram, Adrian, Keith Keller and of course

Lippel's interest in Nico Williams. But before we do some really really good news to start a show

comes in the form of a message from Alan Hansen's family.

Via the Lippel website they confirm that Alan Hansen has been discharged from hospital today,

but this was yesterday of course, and will continue his recovery at home.

They like to thank everybody for the northern support, etc.

And the privacy they've been given.

So, Dan, it was about a week or so ago when we heard first at the news that Alan Hansen was really

unwell and at one point we were all feeling the worst unfortunately so this is absolutely fantastic.
