Thanks for coming back.

The last podcast we've done, I was kind of just starting the game,

sitting in a gym, people running behind us.

It's still done well, nearly half of my own views.

I haven't reviewed a lot of people, but over 200 people now.

People coming in out my life coming go, you've always been solid.

Over the last two years we've spoke religiously, nearly every day, helping each other,

both of us battle with our own problems, our own demons, different lives,

but kind of the same battles.

It's glad to call you my friend, brother, and I genuinely mean that,

if you had dates out there, but you've been solid throughout my brother and that,

I really appreciate that.

I'm good, I'm good, and I'm able to begin with the podcast that we did.

That was my phrase podcast, and I'd been through a bit of a journey,

prior to getting behind the camera and so other balls.

That experience, that it does, I felt a little bit uncomfortable,

but that phase one, especially where it was we were in,

because you had kids on their own machine, and everything went well, it was a bit awkward.
