Stuart and I'm joined for this edition by Ben Botchak and Emmett Gates and well the

calendar says it's January so that can mean only one thing.

It's time for the January transfer window to spring open,

even though it's absolutely freezing outside.

Now, for Liverpool, it all looked very, very rosy, not a couple of weeks ago.

Squad depth was no longer a problem. We were unbeaten and then suddenly it all seems to have got into a rather sticky

position now that Sala and Manet have gone off to Afghan for their three weeks of

football feast in Cameroon we are left without them wondering where we're going to find a forward.

We might be in a situation soon where another emergency transfer appears like it did last January with Ben Davis and

Ozan Cabak. So with that in mind, we're going to start to think about some realistic targets here, not pie in the sky, I wish, if we were playing

FIFA I would buy this guy. I'm talking about actual players who we could actually feasibly see in a red shirt before February 2022.

That's the remit of this show.

That's what we're here to do.

We're all gonna pick one player who we think could end up as a Liverpool player this month.

And then obviously because it's a debate show, we're just going to tear each other options apart because

that's what we do. So before we get into the actual names Ben,

we should talk about Liverpool and whether or not we really do need to buy players

because I mean squad depth

FC was in the mud not even one month ago when Du Vocarigi was scoring

winning goals and tachimina minamino was contributing to, but those two are both on the injured list.
