Hi everyone, it's Ali Bellton here and I'm here to let you know that the conversation you're about to listen to came from a live Q&A session on Chris's social media accounts. I hope you enjoy.

0:27.0

Okay, first question for you. Here we go. Questions and answers. Questions and answers with Chris Bellton, everybody.

0:33.0

We'll know both of us. Oh, here we are. Is how long this healthy prophetic community take to develop and what should the frequency of training be?

0:42.0

Depends on what you call healthy and you know, I mean, we're talking about healthy prophetic culture, but the thing is if you have unhealthy relationships.

0:51.0

Yeah, and you know, things that aren't healthy in other places. Obviously, I mean, how do you have a healthy prophetic culture if you don't have a healthy relational culture?

1:01.0

So all of that, you know, it all fits together. Yeah, it's like body so unfair. How can you? Yeah, yeah, it's all connected. So I would say, you know, but it does take time. It does take time.

1:14.0

And I think too, we were having a great conversation before I came in today with the senior leadership team. Well, half of our team has gone on vacation.

1:24.0

But we just had a smaller team and we were talking about, you know, prophecy, judging prophecy, because it feels like in our culture, we still don't really have a great system for a judging prophetic words, especially big ones.

1:38.0

You know, like these prophetic words we gave, like, you're going to have 40 million dollars meant to build that building this in this year. It's like, okay, well, we have to make decisions based on, you know, we have like contract or needs a year notice.

1:50.0

If that's going to happen like that. So, you know, so we talked a lot today about, you know, increasing the maturity of our prophetic culture. We've been doing this for 44 years.

2:04.0

Yeah. So, you know, I think that it's a process. And at what point, just because you're healthy doesn't mean that you don't still have challenges and struggles.

2:14.0

But I do think it takes, I don't think it, I don't think it happens in a year or two.

2:19.0

I think that's actually really inspiring and encouraging because I think sometimes, especially as a young person, you look at people that are old or anything that they've figured out.

2:31.0

They've been doing this for 50 years. They surely, you know, there's a five step plan and life is so much more complex than that. Right. And the prophetic is so much more complex than that.

2:40.0

And so there's, it's ever evolving and ever changing and you're always growing and you're always learning. And so there's not an arriving point, but there's just a continual learning journey that you go on where it's refined and matured. So, it's really inspiring.

2:55.0

And when you're talking about prophetic ministry, you're talking about talking to the Lord and having it be like, this is like, like, let's break down at the basics.

3:02.0

It's like, I have a relationship with Lord, which he talks to me about me and he talks to me about other people and he talks about us, right?

3:08.0

Yeah. Yeah.

3:09.0

So, it's like the part when he talks about me, to me, or he talks to me about you, that's what the Bible calls prophetic. So, it's really about relationship, right?

3:22.0

And so, you know, for example, we were talking today about how the early church process prophecy so much differently.

3:30.0

For example, agabus takes Paul's belt and binds him and said, this is what's going to happen. Paul, if you go to Jerusalem and the whole congregation there, I think was that emphasis, goes, don't go, don't go.
