Hey everybody, welcome to Battleground live, it's Monday.

And we had a very, very, crazy weekend in Fort Parnell as you can

possibly imagine it was homecoming and part of the lead in of one of my shows last week, I talked about how boy do not blink because it's just amazing how fast your kids grow up in and Katie our oldest went to her first homecoming dance or a

second homecoming dance but our first one with an actual date which by the way

they really don't give you a manual on how to handle any of this stuff.

So I mean, like as a father especially, like how do you handle your, you know, your oldest dating,

but she's an amazing strong young woman I mean we trust her completely

as commander Melanie said in the in the live chat she got home on time didn't violate curfew she looked

beautiful in her dress. The pictures came out great and then there was the

homecoming game and Natalie Schmaddely was at the game and it was just a crazy awesome weekend

but it's just there's nothing more rewarding as as a parent

than seeing your kids grow up into great amazing people and so congratulations Katie on on an awesome homecoming weekend. It was it was kind of made me proud as a father and I know for a fact that I never ever ever speak for Commander Melanie, but I know it made her proud as well.

So, but I hope you all had a great weekend too.
