They have fairly decent customer service.

I am surprised and pleased to say because a lot of companies

like that, like if you try to contact YouTube or Facebook, good luck to you. No one is ever

getting back to you, ever. But blog talk, they actually write back to you. And if you

listen to last week's show, you know 13 of my

episodes are missing from iTunes. And they were very communicative in helping me out with that,

but ultimately it came down to it's an iTunes problem. So iTunes is one of those companies

that you might never hear back from if you try to contact them about a glitch like that.

So those episodes are still missing.
