back at the QBC. Appreciate everyone here. And yeah, let's talk some Mets. That's what we're here for.

I mean, let's jump right into it. Joe and I have not done a show since the Mets have made some moves.

Luis Severino added to the rotation on a one-year deal of $13 million. We'll get to Joey Wendell.

Calm down, everybody. We're going to get to the Joey Wendell signing as well. Joe, let's start right there with Severino. And you and I were talking in the back about

this. It's so weird the baseball offseason, right? Because it doesn't go in order where you have

every superstar come off the market. You're going to have a lot of depth moves, fifth

starters, sports starters, ceiling signings like this. We don't know the floor of this signing,

but we know when Luis Severino is at his best,

what he can do. What did you think when we saw a lot of rumors with this one? We saw the Mets had

met with him at least a week ago. When the signing was official, what was your first thought

about his addition to the team? I mean, I think it makes perfect sense for what the Mets are trying

to do. When you headed into this off-season, we knew the Mets

needed three starters. And in an ideal world, I saw it, they need a frontline guy, they need a

guy they can rely on for innings, and they want one of these flyers, these one-year bounce-back
