I'm David Knowles and this is Ukraine, the latest.

Today, we discuss the Russian missile strike on a shopping mall in Kremlin in the central of Ukraine.

Before we speak about the attack in Kremlin, here's a brief update on the situation in the rest

of Ukraine and Europe. In the Donbass, Russian officials have said that street battles are now

being fought in and around Lissichensk, after Russian soldiers completed their capture of the

neighbouring town of Severo Donetsk over the weekend. On Monday night, NATO pledged to increase
