Welcome to another episode of Surviving the Survivor,

I've got an Alexander Brothers update for you.

This is the case where the chaos and confusion keeps on coming.

Behind me is the federal courthouse in downtown Miami. There's a cluster of

several buildings. This is one. Now, today, just to get everyone up to speed, Orrin Alexander,

was supposed to be in court at 3.30 p.m. for two separate hearings. One was a removal hearing.

The federal judge must grant a removal order before anyone in any jurisdiction can be moved to another jurisdiction.

So that was part one, part two was a bond hearing for Orrin Alexander.

So let me walk you through what happened.

It was all scheduled for 3.30 p.m.

Get down here about 3.10.

I see a couple of reporter friends.

I said, hey, what's going on?

The court did not inform the public or they did so after the fact,

and the hearing was actually at 1.30.

Now, there was only the removal hearing.
