Welcome to another episode of Surviving the Survivor.

It is the podcast that promises to bring you the very best guests in all of true crime.

Outside of local Miami media, it appears we're one of the only media entities that are covering the Alexander brothers' ongoing legal battles.

Of course, they are three brothers out of four here in the Miami area, three accused with some of the most horrific and heinous S.A. crimes, R crimes. Can't say it on YouTube.

And today, what could only happen, I believe in Miami just happened.

There was a hearing scheduled for 1.30 p.m.

I got to the courthouse, same federal courthouse as was Friday for a loan hearing.

Although this time they told us that the hearing was moved to another building.

So you see that federal courthouse behind me.

There's a cluster of them here in Miami.

And long story short, you go through the rigmarole with a federal courthouse, very serious, no cell phones, no electronics, no nothing.

You basically have to leave your life at the door and go upstairs.

It's kind of nice, though, because I get to bring a reporter's notepad up there.

Get upstairs, see other members of the media, and very quickly find out that

the hearing is postponed until tomorrow at 3.30 p.m. Eastern time. The reason, this is the Miami

parts. Orrin Alexander was accidentally sent up to New York.

Where he is on this journey, we do not know.

Judge Torres is the judge who was residing today over this.
