And we get to talk about what's going on in our life reselling wise, what's going on in

the reselling world in general.

But we decided to go live today and be able to interact a little bit with our viewers.

for me um i'm in the middle of moving any time soon um and on top of that, I'm trying to run an eBay business and just do life. And things get complicated in that, in all of that. And I'm just, you know, I'm grateful for reselling. And one of the things I'll share, and I share this with Mike before the podcast started is I'm, as I'm looking for a place, you know, somewhere else.

What's kind of nice is, you know, I am going back full time into education in case you

know, I guess we'll make it official here now finally.

But I'm still going to be reselling.

And the crazy thing about it is, is that certain places want like 3x rent, which is a crazy

number, right, depending on, you know, where you're trying to live. And I got to tell you,

if it was not for eBay, right, I'd be in an interesting place because the Bay Area is super

expensive, right? And I, I'm going and I want to, you know, I want to help out and I want to, you know, help the, you know, this school is the school that I really care about a lot and I grew up.
