Oh my god, hello, my precious Cult Babes, it has been so wild over here, I got home from Chicago yesterday. That means this is a live episode. This means I am recording the morning of an alimuth. I'm feeling a little wiped, but I could not think of a better way to end the week than be in here with all of yous.

Also very happy to not be in a mask, my god, grateful for mask, thanks for what you do, but it's optional now, whether or not you fly with a mask and I choose to wear a mask when I fly and you guys, the person who row over from me did not make that same decision.

And he was hacking up along, it was the craziest thing I've ever heard. Could it be from a plethora of different things? Sure, absolutely, but when I tell you that the vein on my forehead was about to pop, it probably was. I was too coughs away from it. Luckily he seemed to calm down after having some water, which I'm like, I get it. People cough for many different reasons.

But if it was me, I would probably wear a mask just so people knew, hey, I'm not just coughing all over the place here. Also, can we talk about the fact that there are like adult toddlers out there that just cough openly without covering their mouths? And I'm like, who raised you? What is going on here?

We were on a boat tour, sure, we did some touristy things while we were there. I was in Chicago with my family for the weekends. And we were on this boat tour and this woman next to us is just sitting there, arms down like at her side and she's just like, just coughing and I'm looking at her like, what are you doing in any world, not even in a COVID pandemic type of world that we're living in right now?

Even prior and post, what prompts you as an adult to just have your arms shrugged down and just let out a cough? That is insane. That is bizarre. And I will absolutely judge it all day every day. But like I said, was in Chicago with my family for the weekend, it was great. Well, it started out as a weekend.

I flew out to meet up with them, we stayed at a really cool house and a few days before I left for Chicago, I was like, hmm, you know, I'll be over there. Maybe I should just go pop over to New York, see my friends out there, haven't seen them in a while.

So I buy the flights and then when I'm actually in Chicago, I was having a really good time and I decided, no, maybe I'll just stay here for the week and then, well, I did. But I do want to go back to New York soon.

But I'd bend to Chicago, but a bunch of times I've been there a good handful of times before. But this time it hit different for some reason. I was like, wow, I really like Chicago.

And I think I'm going to add it to my list of livable places outside of California for myself. I had a really good time. A good experience 10 out of 10.

Exciting news, which I don't know if I've mentioned it on here or not, but we are going to be doing an obituary live show on August 4th at Irvine Improv and it's going to be a blast.

Okay. I feel, see, we haven't done a little leader in a few weeks and this is the problem. I forget what we talked about on the last one.

But as far as what I'm watching now, I'm getting through candy on Hulu. You guys the wig can we talk about the wig? I'm sure it's accurate. Whatever.

But the wig that Jessica Beal wears on that show is absolutely wild. The second I started watching it, I sent a picture to my friend Tina.

She's been on the show. She played Deb in this movie called Napoleon Dynamite and I texted her a picture of when I was watching the show because I was like, does this not look like Napoleon Dynamite's hair?

She was like, oh my god, it totally does. It's just funny. I'm excited to finish this show. The story's crazy. I would actually like to tell it on here.

Who knows? Maybe we'll have a surprise candy episode. Cut to Monday. I'm like, hey, we're talking about candy today. I mean, that happens a lot. I'll have an episode fully planned or sometimes even recorded for the following week.

And then I'm like, no, I actually want to talk about this instead. So who knows? We'll see. Okay. I have this quick story that I want to talk to you guys about. It's just so bizarre.

So when I was in Chicago, I was just like looking up mobster history and all of this and I was looking at the different museums and I somehow ended up on the Ripley's website, which is always a journey to be had.
