Mark we get questions all the time about the use of lists and agendas during one-on-ones right I mean

can you use lists can you do use agendas and yeah after after seven years or so we

decide to answer that question.

Yeah, I will tell you what's funny is for years I got the question, you know, my direct

wants to send me an agenda and I just

just said, well, of course I'm not sending your agenda and I didn't really answer the question

well because when people said agenda what they meant was list, right?

That's right.

So yeah.

So look, first rule is the agenda is already set guys you don't need another agenda within an agenda to have an effective meeting
