Summary

On a filthy Sydney afternoon, we bring together a gang of loyal pod listeners to thrash out some of the major talking points of this Lions tour from a fans' perspective. How much do Lions fans just want to win, and how much do they want a close contest? How has this tour compared to others from a supporters' perspective? And does it matter if your country is represented in selection? We have people pop in from all across Britain and Ireland, as well as a number of ex-pats living in Australia, who give some excellent insight as to the state of rugby union down under.

So, Lauren, we're holed up in a pub in the north part of Sydney and we're doing a bit special on the pod today. It's not a mingin day. Lewis Risholmits on his way back to Welsh. Climate day, yeah, in terms of weather. But that is a bit, that's all coming up Welsh now, isn't it? Jack Morgan's in the test team. Rhys Hammett's back in Wales. Yeah, Lion Series win. Jack's glory, Zammett's back. Yeah, the good times are rolling in. But no, nowhere better to spend a rainy. Well, I say rainy's been checking it down all afternoons. You are right. It is a ming and day. Now we're better to spend it than in the pub, surrounded by fans. I mean, we... No, not listeners. Listeners, sorry, sorry. First and foremost, everyone's a rubbing weekly listener. Yeah. And we put an Instagram post out a couple of hours ago and people have rallied. Nothing I'm sure to do with the fact that he can't do anything in the city when the weather's like this.
