We did a show probably about two or three weeks ago when I was talking about how I used to be the world's worst warrior

I was always looking at things that basically weren't in my control and thinking how by working harder or persisting or whatever I could

overcome them and little by little due to experience knowledge and just kind of everything else that comes to you.

I've realized that you can only control what you can control.

And if it's out of your control, then don't worry about it just let it happen and then see what

you can do with what's happened to you and then move on from that point a lot of

us lay in bed worrying about things that actually

are nothing to do with us. Oh what happens if I lose my job? What happens if

my girlfriend leaves me? What happens? Well your girlfriend might leave you or you

might lose your job. but then if that happens

then deal with it but until that point just sort of live a peaceful life anyway we had some
