Hello, yes, I played in the congressional game last night, which was cool.

Although when I showed up, I guess I was there to make up the numbers because they don't usually go for podcasters.

They usually go for congresspeople and ex-professionals. But I was there and I was given the red team

bag, which was not my favorite thing. I didn't feel like throwing a protest upon arrival.

But yes, other than that, an amazing night, including a Leko Escondarian, scoring a goal that if anyone

had gotten in front of would have definitely set them into the back of the net. I've never

seen a person hit the ball that hard. Josh Norman playing goal was also pretty amazing,

and he did a very good job for a person who's never played soccer before. He made some good

saves. That was pretty cool, too. Former Panther. I like that very much. Taylor, you say I was at the congressional match, like, we're supposed to know what that is? Yes, please explain in great detail, Taylor, immediately. I didn't know what existed either. Christian Polanco and Gillian Sackavitz were doing the emceeing last night, so Christian messaged and asked if I had any interest. They needed some extra players. So I said, sure. But it's basically the, I think it's like a companion to the congressional baseball game. So you get Congresspeople from both sides of the aisle playing for one team or the other. And then ex-professionals, a lot of Paralympic players as well, rounding up the squads. And that was, I think, the coolest part of that because it was by the U.S. Soccer Foundation, which is the charitable arm of U.S. soccer. And talking to a lot of different Paralympians last night or Paralympic athletes, I think that was maybe my favorite thing, was learning how much good U.S. soccer does on that front.
