and I call it mental fluidity.

Even though it's good to have your project and be clear about it,

you want to be able to recognize change and adapt to it in the appropriate way and I'll be damned if I can

quantify what appropriate means in this case but you want people to be knowledge sponges. For example, I get people all the time

saying I want to, you know, would you

mention me and they talk about their product and that sort of thing and I start asking them questions about you know who's your competitors and

who else is doing something like this and a a lot of times they'll say, well nobody and that sort of thing.

And I pop onto the internet and do a search word around their things

and all of a sudden there's 40 competitors.

And I say, you this this they haven't

done their homework you know goodbye I don't need you you you really have to be the

world expert on the business that you're creating.
