Summary

Okay, stay with us as this could get a bit confusing. Since the Ongoing History takes the summer months off to write and research new shows, we dig into the vault to post older episodes that first aired on radio from 1993 onward. Some still sound relevant, and others...not so much. This episode is "Radio episode 601" (aired in 2009-ish) but "Podcast Episode 345. So if some of the content seems a bit "dated" this could be the reason. But we feel the material is still relevant. Enjoy and please continue to send in your questions to Alan so we can keep doing episodes like this one. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

He could chat with grandma. Friends, trolls? They can access anything on the internet. They can access anything on the internet.

We get lots of email from all over the world. There's one now. What does it say? It's Adam McWelf, and he says, doing a listener email show is just like when a TV program does an episode of clips and flashbacks. What have you run out of ideas? I couldn't agree more, Adam. No one's being lazy. It's just a nice way to acknowledge some of the people who take the time to send email. Well, this one's from Stewie in Ottawa, and he says, right, the old user-generated content excuse. You don't want to write a show so you get
