0:09.3	I got some really exciting news today, but first,

0:18.9	And so I had the second dose of the vaccine two days ago,
0:23.9	and I had it at 3 p.m., and I was completely fine.
0:28.9	And I was chill.
0:29.9	Like, after the first dose, I was completely, completely chill.
0:33.9	Like, I was fine.
0:34.9	My arm was a little sore.
0:36.9	I literally went camping the next day.
0:38.9	Like, I did a workout that day because I was doing 75 hard.
0:41.9	And I thought, okay, the second dose, like,
0:43.9	it's going to be a little bit worse.
0:44.9	I'm going to feel a little bit more tired.
0:46.9	So, you know, maybe I'll just, like, just do a run.
0:48.9	And nothing more.
0:49.9	Oh, my God.
0:50.9	I've seen a lot of people have some pretty bad symptoms.
