For anyone who assumes this show is to discourage going to therapy, you should know that I own

0:05.7

a sweatshirt that says, go to therapy, and I wear it all the time. So why pose the question

0:12.5

Jesus and therapy? Because while I think most of us are on the same page to believe counseling

is a good idea for us, there's also a rising tide in culture that

wise and counsels people all day for a living,

1:30.2

who has great process helps and steps and guides and provides good tangible and practical

1:36.6

to-dos and solutions for real everyday issues and answers and all of these things. She answers this way, Jesus, that's her answer.

1:48.3

And this is exactly what I believe is the best of the best about therapy.

1:53.8

When you go and find great therapy, when you go to wise, wonderful, trained people using their gifts and training to point people

2:03.3

to the ultimate hope and healing found in Jesus Christ.

2:07.1

And when that becomes a hand-in-glove experience and an important process, and when I can
