What is up everybody? Welcome to another episode of limited resources. This is

episode number two hundred and seventy seven. My name is Marshall. I'm one of your limited resources and joining me on the line

is Louis Scott Vargas hey let's see what's up buddy not a whole lot ready to review some

rears and mythics yeah this is, this is a really interesting show because the

Rares and Mythics tend to push things in hard in either direction. They're either

amazing or they're completely unplayable in many cases and so we'll be seeing a lot more A's and

F's than we were in last week's show where things tend to settle more in the C and B and

D range but it also gives us a view into the really interesting cards from Dragons of Tarque here.

And of course, while they may not be as important as the Commons and Uncoments, they are every bit.

You know, they're right there.

And especially if you're playing sealed or something where you're often going to be

playing your rares that you open up they can be certainly swinging to what direction you

take when you build your pool and and even sometimes in draft that happens too So this is going to be a fun one.

Before we start off though, I did want to mention a couple of things.

We're going to dedicate this show to our friend and editor, Mike McCarter.

If you're part of the magic community online, you know, the Twitter and Facebook and stuff you

may have heard, but in case you hadn't, he actually passed away earlier this week. And it was really tragic. Mike was only 40 or 41 years old and genuinely one of the nicest most helpful supportive people I've ever met period

and I just wanted to dedicate this episode of the show to Mike and you know for all the awesome

things that he did for me mainly you know what he did for me mainly you know what he did is he helped me become a better

writer when I first took the gig at Daily MTG I had never written a column weekly

before I had written things a column weekly before.
