Beautiful. Beautiful weather. Yes. Very nice. I haven't really been to Cape May much. I don't know if you've been. Once or twice. Not a big game. It's my new favorite short point, which is not surprising. Because it's the most reason one I went to. Whichever one was last. Exactly, yeah.

But it was very nice.

I feel like it has a very different vibe than the other short points.

It's like a little town as opposed to like, also the houses are different. As much as I love like Avalon and Seattle, I feel like the houses are a bit cookie cutter there where it's like, which is fine. They're all very nice. but it's like they're built similarly.

I feel like Cape May has a lot of like different.

I think Don's how he calls him Tay. We got to call him Tay. Yeah. I'm going to call him Don.
