how's it going everybody welcome to theset Podcast. We're worked together to raise

our vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. In this episode, we're going to

talk about how you can level up the people around you and truly build the frequency of your

surroundings. But before we get started, we're going to take a few

moments to have a group meditation. That means everybody that's listening, we're going to take a few

moments to imagine the highest frequency that we want to be in. And then we're going to pick a word

that aligns with that frequency. So I'm going to pick the word abundance, but you can pick any word

that fits with you. You could pick love. You could pick happiness, forgiveness, joy, any word, any frequency that you want to

bring in your life right now. And we're going to take a deep breath. And as we're breathing in,

you'll say the word over and over and over really supercharging that energy within you. And as you

hold your breath, you'll visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and

you'll be in a more positive state.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.

And out.
