I'm a little dare I say jealous because

Turty Lou is in my house and not my apartment here in New York.

She's in my house in Florida in my studio.

I'm here with me. I forgot how much, you know,

time, effort, energy we put into your Florida studio.

It's such a a peaceful place.

It's no way to like you can do your best work in here.

It's great lighting. It's good temperature.

I really I'm loving it here. I'm happy to be at your house.

Of course, I wish you were here.

But, you know, yesterday afternoon, me and Ben just got the edge.

We were like, we got to get down to Florida.

We haven't seen them kids in an eternity.

And, you know what, it was a treacherous journey, but we got here.

I'm really excited for you that you're there.

I really am jealous. Like it, it sounds really nice to be in Florida right now in the houses, in my house.
