This is what they said earlier, part two of the disciple series, and we're going to do three weeks on prayer.

So they have asked me to start it, and it is a great honor to be doing that today because prayer is my passion.

So, one of them, the best.

I want to thank some people first, though.

I want to thank Marla.

Those of you knew Marla.

Several years ago, I gave past the baton, so to speak, on to Marla.

She came here from another church we merged, and she has been a seasoned intercessor for years,

and I really trust her. And so I gave it to her, and she's just raised up a team that was phenomenal. I don't know how many

there are now, but her leaders are just great. And they have dedicated themselves to pray for

Bethel and this community here. And I really, really appreciate you, Marla, and I love you. Thank you.

And I want to pray for all the hidden prayer warriors

that nobody sees you, nobody hears you, but I know you,

and I know that you're praying.

And I just want to thank you for holding up Bethel,

for holding up the staff.

We could not do this without your prayers.

So thank you.

And I know that you don't get recognition,

and I'm sure most of you don't even give a rip about that.
