It's excess to me because I've known my body has been a certain way for a long

so it's excess compared to how it was. Can I say that about my own body? I think we've talked about this. Can you body

shame yourself? I think you probably can yeah well I

know I can I don't know if you can yeah it's one of the advantages of being a

more anonymous person in the world yes no one's going to care if I body shame myself.
