I love this idea of skinny dipping and I'm sure everybody listening is at a different stage in their own vulnerability.

And I think, again, going back to to nuances there's levels to vulnerability

it's not I'm vulnerable versus I'm not vulnerable and a thought that has served me

super super super well is always keep two vulnerable stories in your pocket that you can

share with a complete stranger.

Denying ourselves of nuance in life keeps us from tapping into the true magic that exists inherently.

To deny ourselves of honesty is to hold us back from our greatest truth and authenticity.
