Welcome back to another episode of the Nicky and Bree show.

Yes, we are still moving with just Bree, so I guess I should say welcome to the Breeze show.

I really have been enjoying all these solo episodes.

And, you know, it's funny when Nicki and I are always thinking about our episodes and really what I've been thinking about in the last couple episodes, I always want to bring to all my listeners personal experience. I want to let you know what inspired me, what I felt in the past week, and I just feel like if I express myself, it makes me hopeful that maybe my stories my feelings what I'm going through

will give you the confidence that you're not alone that wow thank goodness you know someone else is going through it too that you're not a crazy person that it's okay to be imperfect and so today you know it was funny I was thinking to myself. I'm like,

what do I want to talk about? And I kept going to my pad of paper and I'm like,

there's just one thing on my mind.

But I tried to get creative.

And then I go, you know what, Bree, we are in our No F's Given era of life and I really am and it's funny.

Even like when I'm talking to Brian and you know different moms it's like it's crazy I'm just in this place where it's like the people I

love and care about and who are in my inner circle I will protect and I will have fun and give love but other than that like I am very much at a place

where I like to express my feelings I'll give you my opinions because I was definitely

the girl who when there was something in my mind like I could sit in a big meeting and there would be all these things going and I had this opinion in my head and sometimes I'd be too scared to express it. One, did I want to deal with the

debate or was it because I didn't want to come off stupid? I, you know, I never knew, but

there's a lot of times I walked away from groups of

conversation or I walked away from business meetings or you name it and I was like

dang I just really wish I gave my opinion.

I turned 40 and now I'm like oh my gosh I guess I just had to turn 40 to give my opinion

and I'm in this place where you can no longer tell me to be politically correct or, you know, like, let's just say these things to make everyone feel good because what I realized in life and I want other people to
