As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu alhamdulillah wa salatu wa sallamu alayhi

It's been quite a while since I've given a library chat and frankly one of the main reasons

is that as I said a number of lectures ago, if you're following my library chat, and

shall I do plan to withdraw from social media, as I said it's not just a speech that I

really do think that it is a very toxic environment overall and it's not healthy for one's soul

and I don't think long term productivity is achieved via online da'wa and anyway I have

a lot of issues with the reality of the online scene and I don't think it is what I want

to spend the rest of my life, how long Allah blesses me to get involved with that type

of rhetoric.

So I am withdrawing, if you notice my Facebook and Twitter as well, I've kind of taken

slowly.

The goal is, in short, within a few years to really just not to be involved anymore in

that arena, I feel that I have a better usage of my time and if you have one of the things

I'm thinking about, I might as well announce the idea and let's see how this is received

in short.

One of the main reasons I don't like social media is because I feel that people who are

sincere but unqualified and insincere become very active in all of this type of polemics

between people and from my side I have opinions and views that some people are interested

in and if you're interested in the lesson, listen to them.
