And so when I was deciding which to finish the year with, it had to be this very special man.

From the very first moment we spoke, I knew that my conversation with Sir Tim Smith,

the founder of Eden, was going to be a

fundamentally brilliant one, one that changed the way I thought forever. So when it was time for Sir Tim

to read the letter to his younger self, I was, as you can imagine, intrigued to hear what he was

going to say. It was, as I expected, completely remarkable and utterly impossible

encouraged not only the younger Tim, but all of us to think big and to be bold, to really grab

all life has to offer, to embrace our creativity,
