Today was a tough day to get through.

close to home. So, all right, the first part of the day began with wrapping up jury selection.

Once they were sworn in, the defense actually asked for a bench trial. The judge denied it,

but basically the bench trial would have dismissed the jury and would

have put the decision making solely in the judge's hands on whether or not, you know, there was
