When you pray, notice that you're often directing that prayer outside of you.

Direct it inward this time.

Talk to that Love,

talk to that Silence.

And then retire from talking.

And just listen.

Just receive.

Let yourself receive.

You used to have such a hard time with that, but not anymore.

Now you know you are worthy.

You've always been.

But you can feel It now.

Even when the mind tries to play its tricks,

even when that anxiety lies to you.

Even when that fatigue tries to overwhelm you,

tries to tell you to lay back down.

To not get up and pray,

to not get up and chant or meditate,

to not practice.

You're not fooled anymore.

You're not the one you used to be anymore.

You can hear Me saying,

"You have Me.

Give me your Heart.

Give Me Space,

give Me Stillness,

and everything else will be added unto you."
