Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about two

plans for over there. Trump and the King of Jordan met to discuss Trump's proposed real estate

venture in the region. Despite near universal opposition to Trump's plan for the U.S. to assume

control, he continues to double

down on it. The controversial plan has been met with opposition, outrage, and confusion.

But because people are very focused on one element of the plan, there seems to be little

focus on one of the key aspects of it and how Trump might plan

to achieve it, or the fact that it is likely to have foreign policy implications for years

and years to come and has the potential to completely alter the dynamics in the Middle East.

For Trump to take over Gaza the way he has described, he needs Arab

countries to take the Palestinian population that lives there. He's focused primarily on

Jordan and Egypt, and has indicated his willingness to cut off aid to the countries if they

don't comply with his demands.

This is a typical Trump play.

Both Egypt and Jordan expressed opposition to Trump's plan, and there's rumors that they

will be putting forth their own plan soon.

Jordan's foreign minister seems to indicate Jordan rejected the plan again after Trump met with

the king. Trump said, quote, it's not a complex thing to do. With the United States being in

control of that piece of land, that fairly large piece of land, you're going to have stability

in the Middle East for the first time.

If there's anything that history has taught us about the Middle East, it's that things are
