I'm Stuart Mandel, joined as always by Bruce Feldman, both finally in the same, or both at home,

at work for the first time in a few weeks. And by the way, Bruce, we are recording this on July 1st,

2025. Congratulations. We've made it to the official start of the house settlement era.

Yeah, I feel like this is the last episode of the summer, essentially, because next week,

I'm off to Texas.

It's going to be big 12 media days.

And so that means the season's kind of right around the corner.

And essentially, you know, talking season maybe has already started, but it is we're rolling next week.

So this is, this is kind of it for the summer.

Right.

So in honor of that, in honor of this acknowledgement that after, I feel like the college

football media calendar is you,

you go enjoy your fourth of July, and then you come back and it's preseason. But I don't

think people want to hear us talk about, you know, which coaches we're going to hear from at Media

Day. Let's talk about the actual season. Let's talk about week one.

And so we're going to go through, you know, obviously there's a couple really big games.

And then there's just a lot of really interesting ones.

And we're kind of going to go through which ones stand out the most, maybe some under the radar ones.

But we should probably actually start with the one notable game of week zero.

And we're bringing Farmageddon to Ireland, Iowa State, Kansas State.

I feel like these are both teams that could maybe even win the Big 12 or finish ninth.
