Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Trump's new limits on Epstein releases.

His base is hounding him for releases.

The influencers he normally depends on to keep the social media crowd under his control

are faltering and unable to control the story for him.

Democrats are actually playing hardball for the moment, and Republicans are voting against releasing the documents.

Now, even Trump's closest congressional ally is getting weak.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said, quote,

It's a very delicate subject, but we should put everything out there and let the people decide it.

He then said, Attorney General Bondi, who looks like she's being set up to be left holding the bag, needed to explain

her statements about the list sitting on her desk. Trump subtly shifted his rhetoric on the

subject in a way that probably would work in most situations, but will likely fail here.

He said that Bondi has, quote, handled it very well, and it's going to be up to her.

Whatever she thinks is credible, she should release.

So, she can limit the release of information that hypothetically might be damaging to Trump

or other powerful Republicans, simply by saying

it's not credible. This is Trump framing a limited disclosure. The angered portion of his base is

probably not going to accept a limited disclosure. He's trying to tie the files to other things that cast him in a bad light and

compare them by saying things like Russia hoax. But the thing is, the base stood by him through
