So he got a message, and it includes a funny little quark about the Constitution of the United States.

And even if you normally don't care about

As you lead people screeching, Trump can't do that when it comes to using force in Iran and

Greenland. You're just reminding

people that liberals don't know the Constitution. Because the people in those countries have asked

for Trump's help. He doesn't need approval of anybody. Maybe take a look at Article 9,

Section 13, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution.

The Foreign Invitation to Hostilities Clause says that,

Whensoever a necessary and proper number of persons belonging to any nation or state

shall make known by petition, address, or other public act,

their desire for the aid, protection, or assistance of the United States. Such call shall be

deemed a sufficient occasion for action. And in such case, the power to determine the question

of peace or war, otherwise committed to the Congress by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11, shall vest in the executive alone.

And the President may employ the forces of the United States in such a manner and measure as he shall judge proper for the purpose of

answering such call without further declaration or assent of the legislature.
