The event will have more than 500 readers, each reading small portions of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation over eight days. For Trump, his participation is coming on the heels of posting

AI Trump Jesus and insulting Christian leaders,

while his Secretary of Defense reads a fake Bible quote. And his VP seems to imply that the Pope

shouldn't be anti-war and should concern himself with matters of morality, not what Trump dictates.

The reporting says he will be reading a passage about repentance.

Second Chronicles 714.
