Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bell again. So today we're going to talk about the

UAW, Trump, Musk, and what happens with the filing? Okay, so if you missed it or fell asleep during it, Trump and Musk got together on

Twitter and chatted. The conversation was widely panned, but there was one interesting

development. The two were talking about firing workers.

And Trump said, I look at what you do, you walk in and you just say,

you want to quit? They go on strike. I won't mention the name of the company, but they

go on strike and you say, that's okay, you're all gone. You're all gone. Every one of you is gone.

Musk could reportedly be heard laughing and saying, yeah, but it doesn't look like he directly

responded.

The right to strike is protected federally.

Sean Fain, president of the UAW, said in a statement,

both Trump and Musk want working class people to sit down and shut up and they laugh about it openly.

It's disgusting, illegal, and totally predictable from these two clowns.

So the United Auto Workers Union reportedly filed with the National Labor Relations

Board against both Musk and Trump separately. The argument is likely to be something along the lines that the UAW is trying to organize at Tesla locations,

and these comments suggest that employees might be fired.

So where does it go from here? The National Labor Relations Board

will investigate. If they determine Musk and Trump did something wrong, they'll

sue or settle with them. If they sue and it goes to court

and a judge decides to side with the NLRB, the penalties will be minor. This is likely to get a lot of press, but this is a long process with little potential payoff at the end.

Unless of course it's found that the workers need to be made whole. The one thing that did come out of this

is that people all over the country now know that the right to strike is protected.
