to her having to testify. It was ruled that she would have to testify if need be next

week and that's the news that's going out. The short version of this is that she was successful in getting

herself removed from this case. However, the AG's office successfully argued

that she has knowledge about one deal in particular.

So she will have to show up to testify about that. The thing about the way it's being reported is that

most places are acting like this is a done deal. It's probably worth noting that the judge kind of pushed the

potential testimony back a little bit to give her time to appeal and I feel like that was done because he thinks the

appeal will be successful that there's a decent chance of that occurring.
