Surprisingly, Lindsey Graham came out against the idea.

He said he wouldn't support it, quote,

because there's no end to that.

From context, it seems like he's worried it would expand

into health care for low-income people.

Tom Cotton seemed to come out for it, but worried about the cost.

Lines are being reshaped inside the Republican Party to accommodate Trump's latest whim.

Keep in mind, Republicans in the Senate blocked a bill in June that would give women the right

to IVF.

The House wouldn't protect the right either.
