Congress versus Senate votes against an appropriation for Ukraine. Okay, it's a procedural vote, but it tells you the direction of travel.

The Biden administration is falling apart, as far as I can see.

The National Review is complaining about the fact that he's no longer in charge.

Apparently, important decisions have been kept from him by his team. This has now
