Summary

Today I'm going to talk about the "change of life". I've had many moms reach out to me and want me to talk about it. I hesitated because I wasn't sure how much help I would actually be. This is such a unique journey for each of us, but I do think there are some principles to keep in mind and a few suggestions I would make based on my own experience.
